After retiring from managing a large practice I realised that I missed the parts of the work that I really enjoyed, the residential conveyancing and the contact with clients! I decided, therefore, that I would continue in general practice on my own account in a modest way concentrating on those aspects, which I consider most important:

 Good, old fashioned service but using modern methods

Honest and down to earth advice

A clear understanding of what is being provided

A fixed fee, quoted at the outset, with no hidden extras

Regular personal contact 

Moving house can be stressful and no matter how tough we think we are it can get to us all in the end, particularly when faced with people who do not return our calls or, worse, think that we have nothing more important to do than sit in a telephone queue!
